Default Shipping Options
By default all orders over $20 ship for free within the continental United States. Orders under $20 are shipped at a flat rate of $3.99. Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, which is stated as typically arriving in 3-5 business days.
Note that USPS counts day 1 of shipping as they day AFTER a package enters its system. It can take longer than 3-5 business days on rare occasion depending on USPS factors out of our control. If 5 days have passed please don't panic though. Check your tracking # for a status update, and check with us as well.
While nearly always very prompt and accurate, USPS has been known to mis-route, mis-deliver, or even lose packages, though is extremely rare. Unless you upgrade your shipping options to include Signature Confirmation we cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for USPS errors once we hand off packages for delivery.
Signature Confirmation
Upgrade below for $1.99 extra to request your package only be delivered via signature confirmation. This will avoid the risk of packages being left in mail boxes or on door steps that neighbors decide belong to them.
Priority Mail
Upgrade below for $7.99 extra to have your items ship Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days on average versus 3-5. If your order is under $20, the flat rate of $3.99 will also be added by default.
Express Overnight Shipping
Upgrade below for $22.99 extra to have your items ship express overnight, which arrives next business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. If your order is under $20, the flat rate of $3.99 will also be added by default.
Note - While our flat rate upgrades apply in nearly every case, at our sole discretion excessively heavy orders may incur additional shipping charges before shipment can occur. If the shipping weight of your order is deemed inappropriately high we will contact you in advance and offer a refund on your entire order if you choose. This is simply to protect us from those wishing to take extreme advantage of our flat rate offerings, which sadly some do.
